Roger Nygård has a master’s degree in engineering from NTH – Building and Construction. He has about 30 years of experience from the construction industry at various management levels. Roger have had different management roles in AF Group, Peab, Consto and NCC. This includes all levels of project organization as well as top-level management. Roger has experience from Nordic management groups, Norwegian management groups and as chairman of the board. He therefore has in-depth and broad expertise in all phases of a project implementation, as well as extensive experience with corporate and corporate management.

Kåre Kvalsund

Kåre Kvalsund has experience from management and administration as site manager and COO civil at Peab and CEO of Lambertsson AS. Kåre has completed mediation training at CEDR in London and, after passing the exam, is a CEDR Accredited Mediator. CEDR is a world leader in private mediation. He has worked with dispute resolution and problem projects since 2007. Kåre is a construction engineer and has long experience as a site manager, project engineer, operations manager and supervisor at NCC and Peab, as well as district manager at NCC.

Erlend Fiskum is a civil engineer educated at NTH (Norwegian Institute of Technology) with a specialization in Construction and Civil Engineering. He has 35 years of experience in the construction industry at an executive level, having held key positions at companies such as Veidekke ASA, Kruse Smith Entreprenør AS, Implenia Norge AS, and Risa AS. Erlend possesses comprehensive knowledge of project execution, from the tender phase to project completion. In recent years, he has served as a project director and been a member of executive management teams. Additionally, he has extensive experience in handling disputes within the industry.

Geir Frøholm

Geir Frøholm is a qualified lawyer with 40 years of experience as an attorney within the construction and civil engineering sector.
Before joining us, he served as Group General Counsel/Head of Legal in the Consto Group. Prior to that, he established and developed the construction and infrastructure practice at Schjødt (where he was a partner for nearly 20 years) and at SANDS (partner for 5 years). He also has experience as Group General Counsel in the former Selmer (now Skanska Norge AS).
He has extensive experience as an attorney and advisor, combined with unique commercial insight. Over many years, Geir has acted as an advisor and has been responsible for and/or carried out negotiations with Norwegian and international companies. He has been—and continues to be—active in professional organizations both nationally and internationally. Geir is active as a mediator, adjudicator, and expert.

Bjørn Olav Lauvdal

Bjørn Olav Lauvdal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, with post-graduate courses in strategy and change management. He has many years of experience as a financial controller and administration manager in the construction industry. Bjørn Olav also has experience from positions as head of contract and project calculations and has held various controller functions. He has previously worked in companies such as NG, Peab, Hydro and Cermaq.
Key areas of expertise: Long experience in reporting, financial analysis, performance assessments and projections at the project and company level, project audits and reports, training project managers and middle managers in financial understanding and management, calculation issues (models, methods and transfer of experience), strategy, change management and realignment programmes.

Helge Solberg holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology. He is certified as an expert operations manager and has taken various management and technical courses. Helge has previously worked as technical manager at Peab and as project manager for technical trades in Skanska.
Key areas of expertise: Analysis of design material and project progress. Documentation of variances and nonconformities related to design, coordination, progress and execution. Coordination and processing of cost estimations/re-estimations. Extensive experience in the coordination of technical trades, choice of system solutions, design control, quality control during the construction phase, commissioning, testing, handover, management, operation and maintenance, as well as cost and market expertise.

Jan Ole Sæterdal holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Sør-Trøndelag University College (now NTNU), with a specialization in infrastructure engineering. He has 18 years of experience in the construction industry at management level, including positions at Veidekke ASA, Kruse Smith Entreprenør AS, and Risa AS.
Throughout his career, Jan Ole has held roles such as Project Engineer, Foreman, Operations Manager, Site Manager, Tender Project Developer, Design Manager and Project Manager. This has given him extensive and broad expertise across all phases of project execution. In recent years, Jan Ole has worked as Design Manager for the KSR joint venture (Contur AS and Risa AS) on the Busway project in Stavanger. He also has experience with dispute resolution within the industry.
